6. How We Protect Data
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, including HTTPS/TLS transmission where applicable, access controls, data minimization, and service provider agreements. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of personal information.
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Receive a portable copy of certain data.
- Opt out of certain targeted advertising or sale/sharing where applicable.
To exercise these rights, contact us at carlajacobs19981@gmail.com. We may ask for information needed to verify your request.
8. How to Say No
Personalized ads
You can reset, delete, or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings. On Android, go to Google settings or Privacy settings and look for Ads or Advertising ID options. If you delete or limit the identifier, advertising SDKs may receive an all-zero value or may be unable to use the identifier for personalized advertising.
App data
You can clear local game data through your device's app settings or by uninstalling the App. This may reset progress, settings, balances shown in the App, and task status.
Marketing and sale/sharing requests
If applicable privacy law gives you the right to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling, email us with the subject line "Privacy Opt-Out" at carlajacobs19981@gmail.com.
9. How Long We Keep Data
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including app operation, analytics, security, fraud prevention, support, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. Local game data remains on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the App. Aggregated or anonymized analytics may be kept longer because it does not identify you personally.
10. Cross-Border Processing
Reward Arrow may be available in multiple countries and regions. Information may be processed in countries other than your own by us or our service providers. When data is transferred internationally, we use reasonable safeguards required by applicable law.
11. Firebase, Analytics, and Crashlytics
Reward Arrow uses Google Firebase services, including Firebase Core, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Firebase Remote Config. Firebase helps us understand app performance, app events, country-based configuration, and feature behavior. Remote Config may provide different currency, reward, withdrawal threshold, payout method, and task settings by country or region.
Firebase Crashlytics automatically collects crash and ANR diagnostics so that we can identify, prioritize, and fix stability problems.
These diagnostics may include crash stack traces, exception names and messages, relevant application state, app version, crash time, operating system and device metadata,
Crashlytics installation UUIDs, Firebase installation IDs, and randomly generated session identifiers. Reward Arrow does not send the in-app RA-... User ID to Crashlytics.
Google states that Firebase Crashlytics keeps crash stack traces and associated installation identifiers for 90 days before starting removal from live and backup systems. You can review Firebase privacy and retention information at Privacy and Security in Firebase.
Firebase and Google process data under their own policies. You can learn more at Google Privacy Policy.
12. Advertising Partners
Reward Arrow may show rewarded video ads or other ads through Google AdMob and other third-party advertising SDKs or mediation partners, which may include partners such as Pangle if integrated in future versions. These partners may receive or access advertising identifiers, including the Android Advertising ID / Google Advertising ID (GAID), device model, OS version, screen size, app session data, country or language, ad requests, ad impressions, clicks, rewarded ad completion events, and ad delivery diagnostics. This information is used to deliver ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud and invalid traffic, limit ad frequency, attribute installs or ad events, and verify rewarded ad completion. They should not receive your withdrawal account details from us for ad targeting.
If additional advertising SDKs are integrated, their privacy links will be added to this page. Current Google-related services are covered by Google's Privacy Policy.

15. Automated Decisions
Reward Arrow does not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you. Reward amounts, tasks, ads, and localized configurations may be adjusted by app settings, country or region, gameplay state, and remote configuration, but these features are part of the game experience and advertising operation.
16. Children's Privacy
